Hurricane Gustav

So, yes we went to the beach with the hurricane coming in. We got there around 4:30 sunday morning. It was actually pretty. When we first got up Sunday morning we tried laying out on the beach but the wind was HORRIBLE! So we went to the pool and ended up getting lots of sun. We all came back burnt. I didn't think the hurricane was going to hit until Tues but I think it came Sunday night, monday morning. When we got up Monday there was not much beach left and you could tell where the waves had been hitting BUT it was very sunny and there were even people out there! Well worth the late night drive!
